Dave Douglas has worked with youth, in various leadership roles, for many years-designing, developing, and presenting leadership programs and camps. He works with Rotary sponsored programs such as RYLA (32 years), Interact, Rotaract and Youth Exchange. He has also worked with Scouting Canada as Cub and Scout Master, District Cub Master and Regional Trainer; and with secondary schools in presenting talks and weekend camps on leadership.
