Dorsey, Herbert G., III

Herbert G. Dorsey III received a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1982. In 1985, he became acquainted with the ideas of Thomas Bearden and John Bedini which allowed for free energy generation but ran counter to his formal schooling.
