Charlie Donaldson, M.A. and Randy Flood, M.A., are founders and codirectors of the Men's Resource Centers in Holland and Grand Rapids, Michigan. They lead men's therapy and addiction groups, but their primary mission is working with men who have engaged in abusive relationships.
