Dietz Heller, Heller

Dietz Heller graduated from the University of Hamburg Medical School, then decided to emigrate to America. He married and practiced medicine in Ohio for thirty years. When he retired, he decided to write a novel about his experiences as a young German soldier in WWII. Dietz passed away on his eighty-fifth birthday in 2008.
