Deveney, Charles L.

Deveney is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. He also holds a Master of Arts Degree in History from West Chester University. For the past fifteen years, he has worked as an instructor of History at several academic institutions and has been listed in the Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
