Destler, I. M.

I. M. Destler is a Professor at the School of Public Affairs at the University of Maryland and a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for International Economics. He was formerly Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (1977-83) and the Brookings Institution (1972-77) and Visiting Lecturer at Princeton University (1971-72) and at the International University of Japan (1986).
