Richard Denning (1914 1998) was an American actor who began his career in radio, starring with Lucille Ball in "My Favorite Husband". He appeared in such iconic films as "The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Day the World Ended", and "An Affair to Remember". Though best known for his work in the science fiction genre, he had roles in numerous films and television shows. In 1960, he was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
