Demko, David James

A University of Michigan doctoral graduate, Dr. David J. Demko is certified in gerontology (University of Michigan), geriatric assessment (USF-Medical), and retirement planningleadership (AARP). In 1975, David became the youngest director ever to be appointed to direct the one of the federal government's ACTION programs on Aging. In 1981, he received his first of three appointments to the White House Conference on Aging, the youngest American to receive this Presidential commission.
