Delaney, Helen

Helen Delaney is a writer. She is a former diplomat and has worked in the technical standards field for over forty-two years, first as the Washington, D.C. representative for one of the world's largest standards organizations and later as the head of her own consulting business. She is a mother, a grandmother, and lives on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
