Virginia Degner is a retired Social Worker and newspaper columnist formerly with the Daily Review in Hayward CA . She has a master's degree in clinical psychology and has always had a love of history. This is her seventh book. She is the author of Without Consent, Frasers Lady, and four Haiku Poetry book.
