While president and publisher of "Berrett-Koehler Communications, Charles Decker pioneered an innovative program of shorter works designed for organizational development, training, and human resources. A former senior executive at "Amazon.com, Decker is also a past director of the "Executive Program Book Club. He also writes the monthly "Readers' Choice column for "Fast Company magazine. He is currently vice president for client and partner relations for "Acumentum, Inc., an electronic publishing company, and does extensive consulting work with business publishing initiatives.
