De Lozier, Denise

Kevin John Grote was born in Western Pennsylvania near the Chestnut Ridge. This is his fourth historical novel set in the 18th century. He is currently working on Susquehanna, the first in his series "The Rangers." Kevin grew up in an area steeped in the French and Indian War. This series of novels reflect that time period as his characters mature into adulthood against the backdrop of the Jacobite Rebellion of 1745-46. He graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. Kevin served as an Engineering Officer in the Coast Guard on several cutters. After the Coast Guard,
