Anna Maria Chirone Arno started her culinary career by training at the best Apulian and national schools before becoming a teacher herself and opening her own school. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to a number of cooking books and magazines as well as television programs. She is also a personal chef, bringing her personal approach to this traditional cuisine to homes throughout Italy.
