Davis, Sharon

Sharon Davis is the author of seven previous books on soul music, including the definitive history of Motown and an outstanding biography of Marvin Gaye, which has been optioned for film development. Formerly on the staff of Motown's London office, Sharon Davis has worked for Diana Ross and Edwin Starr and was recently involved in a major BBC documentary on the story of Motown Records.
