Davis, Mitch

Author Mitch Davis lives with his wife in Round Lake Beach, Illinois. Finding Richard, his first published novel, was inspired by personal experiences with members of his family who suffer from mental illness. An avid reader, Mitch facilitates a guy's-only book club called "Books & Beer," which he jokes is just an excuse to have a few drinks with his buddies. He enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, woodworking, hiking, canoeing and being with family and friends at his log cabin retreat in southwestern Wisconsin.
