Davis, MR Vincent B.

A native of Maywood IL, Vincent B. Davis began his professional emergency management career in in the Illinois National Guard, where he retired with honors following a 23-year career in military Public Affairs and Community Relations. From 2002-2005, Mr. Davis served in the Office of the Regional Administrator at FEMA Region V, where he supervised regional and national community relations teams during 11 Presidential disasters.
