She has worked in food publishing for over 10 years and currently develops recipes for the organic specialist Abel & Cole. The co-author of The Contented Calf Cookbook, she has developed recipes for magazines, set up a local food cafe on a city farm in the trendy East End of London and a bakery stall in Greenwich market.
