Davis, Geraldine

Geraldine Davis is Principal Lecturer and Director of the Doctorate in Education at Anglia Ruskin University. She teaches human development, leadership and management and research methodology. She leads the Masters in Early Years Professional Practice and has completed a three year funded study into the impact of graduate leader status on outcomes for children. Her research interests lie in the field of professional learning across the education and health sectors.
