Rabbi Arthur Segal graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in the 1970s, where he completed BA and DMD degrees, Specialty, and Post-Doctoral studies in psychology. His love of Judaism and his Ahavath Israel led him on a personal quest for Jewish Spiritual Renewal.
