Ali A Dashti received his BA degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1990 in journalism and political science and earned his MS degree in 1993, from Kansas State University in journalism and mass communication. He is currently completing second year PhD studies at the University of Stirling in Media and Film in Scotland, UK.
