Hi! My name is David Danforth. I began this study back in 1989 to understand why when I did a certain exercise, my knees and elbow would stop hurting for a short while. At the time, I had injured my knees while working out in martial arts, and I had also developed tendon ides in my right elbow. I concluded at the time that my injuries were the result of sudden stops. So, I figured that if I could eliminate ending motion in my workouts, I would be able to prevent further injures.
