The author is a psychologist and a mother of three children . While the children were growing up, she faced many conflicts that occur in everyday life or at key stages in life. Sometimes, her own knowl-edge and books about raising children were not enough, sometimes she didn't feel good enough to be a role model for the children. Thus, occasionally, she had felt very bad when she could not suc-ceed with conventional methods. She had to find the right way to resolve a conflict situation so that, in the end, both children and parents would feel good about the solution.
