ARIANE CHEBEL daAPPOLLONIA is the codirector of the Immigration and Security Initiative and associate professor at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University. d'APOLLONIA is also coeditor of "Immigration, Integration, and Security: America and Europe in Comparative Perspective".
