Curry, Susan

Susan Curry grew up in the Mallee district of Victoria, Australia, and has lived in Davis, California, for nearly forty years. After earning a bachelor's degree in history and a diploma of education from Monash University in Melbourne, she worked as a teacher, bookseller (importing Australian books and selling them throughout the United States), and publisher.

Later, Curry went on to earn her master's in counseling from Sacramento State University and worked as a psychotherapist for many years, treating PTSD with EMDR therapy. She is married and has three grown children.
