Cummings, L. L.

Cummings is the Carlson Professor of Strategic Management and Organization at the University of Minnesota. Formerly, he served as the J. L. Kellogg Professor of Organizational Behavior at Northwestern University and as the Slichter Research Professor, H. I. Romnes Fellow, and Director of Business, University of Wisconsin. He teaches and researches in the areas of organizational behavior, organizational theory, personnel, and management.
