Culver, Timothy J.

Timothy J. Culver, the second of six children, was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1964 to Mrs. Irie Delle (Hogans) Culver and the late Mr. Otis Lee Culver. Growing up in Abbeville, Alabama, he attended and graduated Abbeville High School in 1983. An academic tuition scholarship was his vehicle into Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama where he received a BA in Art and Anthropology.
