For the last sixteen years, Bill Culver has been an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana; he has been Deputy Chief of Litigation in the New Orleans office for two years. He has tried approximately three hundred trials in state and federal, civil and criminal courts in Louisiana and Texas.
