John C. Crotts is a Professor and former founding director then chair in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the School of Business at the College of Charleston. Prior to this position, he lectured in the Advanced Business Program on tourism subjects at Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand and was Director of the Center for Tourism Research and Development at the University of Florida.
