Carl Crosby learned his love of cooking from the patient hands of his Louisiana grandmother, his food- loving Cajun relatives, and working as a sous chef and chef in Naw'lins, er.... New Orleans! While traveling the world with the United States Air Force, Carl expanded his culinary tastes and experiences, including cooking for three Generals, many officers and enlisted men.
