Cronbaugh, Phyllis

Phyllis Cronbaugh has seen the market ebb and flow. Her real estate career started in 1988 with a Kansas salesperson's license. Strategic moves over the years took her family to Colorado and California where she did residential and commercial real estate, spent a good deal of time with distressed properties, and became involved with the investment side of the realty world. Still working with a number of California and Arizona investors, she returned to Kansas City in 2004 to specialize in REO properties while she cared for an elderly mother.
