Paul F. Cromwell is professor of criminal justice and director of the School of Community Affairs at Wichita State University. He received his Ph.D. in criminology from Florida State University in 1986. He holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Sociology from Sam Houston State University in Texas, as well as a Master of public administration from Texas Christian University.
