Crews, Mia

Like their heroines in this book, Karlene Conroy & Mia Crews are friends. While this is a fictional story, some elements are derived from real life experiences. Karlene is a member of Romance Writers of America (RWA), and is also a singer/songwriter. Lyrics from one of her songs, Love's Calling, appear in the story. Mia is president of the Cape Canaveral branch of The National League of American Pen Women. She was Florida's Pen Woman of the Year 2007; and is the author of five Silhouette romances.
