Charles Rutledge Crews, PhD., is an Associate Professor in the graduate educational psychology and leadership department for the Counseling Program at Texas Tech University. Where serves as the coordinator of the school counseling program since 2007. Dr. Crews is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a board approved supervisor. He is also a certified school counselor in New Mexico. He works with schools, districts, and universities in designing interventions to best meet the needs of students.
