Carl, known as the Barnum of Burbank Blvd., has been a leader and forerunner of freak-shows and side-shows in Los Angeles. Carl is also a talented filmmaker, having written, acted, and produced a movie on the life of Jeffrey Dahmer. Carl is also a talented performer, personality, and a famous promoter of underground circus entertainment.
