Craig, Scott

Al was born and raised near Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is married and has four sons and six grandchildren. His business is marketing, advertising and illustration. He competed in water skiing, has taught snow skiing and has been a runner since 1977. His interest in fitness, nutrition and people has grown steadily over the years. He'd like everyone to take what little time and money is necessary to be the best they can be.
