Cowen, Zelman

Zelman Cowen was vice-chancellor of two universities from 1968-1977, governor-general of Australia from 1977-1982, and chairman of the John Fairfax newspaper group from 1991-1994. He is the author of "Federal Jurisdiction in Australia, "Individual Liberty and the Law, "" "Isaac Isaacs," and "The Private Man."
