Coughlin, Shirley

Born in England, the author has spent most of her life in Australia, but finished her final school years in the north of England before returning to Australia. This short period instilled in her a love of English history, amongst other things. She now lives with her husband and one of her sons, along with several horses, cats and a dog in a small farming community in Central Victoria.
