Cothran, James R.

James R. Cothran is a practicing landscape architect, urban planner, and garden historian in Atlanta. He holds degrees from Clemson University, the University of Georgia, and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Cothran serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia and Georgia State University, where he teaches graduate courses on America's historic gardens and landscapes.
