Cosgrove, Colleen A.

Cosgrove is Senior Research Associate at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, where she directed an extensive study of criminal court case processing of misdemeanor arrests effected in New York City. Currently, she is directing various research projects pertaining to pretrial services. She received her Ph.D. in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany.
