Born in Cincinnati, OH. Received her Master's degree in Creative Writing with the Goddard Adult Degree Program in 1982. Former director of New Castle County Head Start/Day Care Program. Served on the board of education in Delaware. Was a Presidential appointee to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in 1971. Mother of four adult children and grandmother of seven. Living with husband in Prescott, AZ. Fascinated with polka dots since she was four years old. Hobbies are writing, crafts, and jewelry making.
