Cooper, Clarence

The author was born in the state of Durango, Mexico. He was educated in Mexican schools through the sixth grade and went on to finish his education in the U.S., obtaining a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin. He taught physics at The University of Texas at El Paso from 1960 to 2013.
