Cookson, Franky

Cookson cut his teeth as a Fleet Street cartoonist. He worked for the Evening News, Punch, The Express Newspaper Group, The Sun, and The Mail on Sunday, whilst collaborating with his friend and fellow-cartoonist, Mac, to write comedy scripts for The Two Ronnies, Dave Allen and Tommy Cooper. He is a contributor to The Spectator and The Oldie and has been widely exhibited, both in the UK and overseas.
