Cooke, Robin A.

Professor Robin A. Cooke, OBE, OAM, MD (Qld), DCP (Lond.), FRCPA, FRCPath (Dip), FACTM; is a foundation member and Fellow of the Australian College of Tropical Medicine. He is the former president of the International Academy of Pathology (IPA) and has been editor of its newsletter for over twenty years.

In 2006 Professor Cooke was awarded the Distinguished Pathologist Award from the Australian Division IAP, and the rare distinction of a gold medal by the international body of the IAP. He has also been awarded an OAM from Australia and OBE from Papua New Guinea for contributions to teaching...
