Richard C. Cook is an author, speaker and teacher of meditation and spirituality. He attended the College of William and Mary, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Cook moved to Washington, D.C., after graduation to study the Gurdjieff Work. He has practiced meditation to this day under several realized masters.
