Cook, Gary W.

Gary Cook is a retired police lieutenant. In addition to supervising a correctional center investigative unit, he was an instructor in defensive tactics, use of force, less lethal weapons, and policy. He was an expert witness in both criminal and civil trials. Before becoming a police officer, he was a private investigator.
