Barbara H. Connolly, EdD, PT, FAPTA, received her BS degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She received a master's degree in Special Education with a minor in Speech Language Pathology, and a doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Memphis. She is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
