Confer is Senior Associate of Reality Therapy Associates of Central Pennsylvania. He has held clinical and administrative social work positions in the fields of child welfare, mental health, family and individual counseling and education/training since 1964. Mr. Confer is a graduate of Bucknell University, Philadelphia Lutheran Theological Seminary and the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Social Work.
