Colwell, Gene Thomas

Gene Thomas Colwell, PhD, is Professor Emeritus at The Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Faculty at Geogia Tech in 1966, he was on the Staff at The Oak Ridge National Laboratory and a Faculty Member at The University of Tennessee.
