W. Andrew Collins is Morse-Alumni Distinguished Teaching Professor of Child Development and Psychology at the University of Minnesota. A graduate of Stanford University, Dr. Collins conducts research on parent and peer relationships and influences during adolescence and young adulthood. He is principal investigator of the Minnesota Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children, in which participants have been followed from birth to age 34.
