Grant Collins started his bar career in the early 1990's and has worked in many of the world's top bars.

Along the way he has won many awards for his cutting edge cocktals and bartending including Bar Manager of the Year, Cocktail List of the Year and Cockail Bar of the Year Grant also consults for cocktail bars in the USA, Bali, Japan and Hongkong.
